When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

Work product created specifically for clients under contract may be subject to separate ownership agreements as outlined in individual service contracts.

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, including but not limited to X (Twitter), Discord, GitHub, and Vercel. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bot Army shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services
• Any conduct or content of third parties on our Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bot Army and its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.
